U.K. eBook Bargain and eBook News for Germany

Most of the time, I find myself apologizing to my readers outside the U.S. because an eBook isn’t available or a special deal isn’t offered in their part of the world.

This time, though, I’ve got good news for readers in the U.K and Germany.

Meanwhile in Germany, eBook editions of my stories have been scarce. Only the last  two Dressmaker books so far.

Your Scandalous Ways
Not Quite a Lady
Last Night’s Scandal
Lord Perfect
Miss Wonderful

Readers have asked when to expect more of my books in audio format. I'm happy to report that we'll soon be scheduling with Kate Reading for the last two Carsington books:

Not Quite a Lady

Last Night's Scandal

and the two standalone books:

Your Scandalous Ways

Don't Tempt Me

We estimate that two of these will be available in November and the other two by March. I don't know which two when, but will report as soon as I get more information.

In other news—

The Carsingtons are coming digitally to the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand!

Yes, the negotiators have finished negotiating and I've received word that the first four Carsington books will be available for sale as eBooks on 3 September. In order these are:

Miss Wonderful (Alistair's story)

Mr. Impossible (Rupert's story)

Lord Perfect (Benedict's story)

Not Quite a Lady (Darius's story)

Audio Mr. Impossible and Lord Perfect Now On Sale

The audio editions of Mr. Impossible and Lord Perfect—the second and third books of the Carsington series—are now available for what I hope will be your listening pleasure. Once—twice, actually—again, I’m delighted to have the gifted Kate Reading as narrator.

If you’re not familiar with this series, you might want to stop by my Books Page. There you’ll find descriptions of my various series as well as links to each book’s individual page, which includes the back cover copy, excerpts, and other notes.

For visual aids, you might want to check out my Pinterest Page. Along with general historical categories, you'll see boards devoted to individual books. Not all books have their boards yet, but I am working on it as I find/make time.

You can look for reviews of these two new releases at the Audio Gals.

Audio News: Mr. Impossible and Lord Perfect

We're still making some final adjustments to the audio book covers, so you may not see them online just yet. But those who like to order in advance may want to know that it's now possible.  The audio editions of Mr. Impossible and Lord Perfect are available for pre-order.

These are the second and third books, respectively, of my Carsington brothers series—the one that was supposed to be a trilogy. It ended up with five books. You can find out more on the Books Page.

Release date for Mr. Impossible and Lord Perfect is  14 July. Once again, Kate Reading provides her stellar narration. The Audio Gals are spreading the news, and will be reviewing the audio editions on release day.

Many thanks to alert reader Hope for being the first to let me know about the pre-orders.

All About Romance Readers Vote Lord of Scoundrels #1

Lord of Scoundrels 07-001.jpg

Every three years All About Romance has conducted a Top 100 Romances Poll.  And in every poll since 2000, AAR readers have given Lord of Scoundrels the top spot.

I truly did not expect this to happen again—well, I never expect it, because the competition comprises some true masterpieces of romance.  It includes Georgette Heyer, by the way, and Jane Austen, along with some of the biggest names in romance and my own all-time favorites.

But yes, once more Dain & Jessica argued their way to the top of the list.

And more good news:  Three more of my books made the list:  Mr. Impossible (#12),  Lord Perfect (#26), and The Last Hellion (#57).

So there’s been some celebrating here.
Then back to the author’s reality:  Finish the dratted book already!  But the end of Vixen in Velvet is in sight.  At last.

And I return to my third dressmaker book glowing with pride and gratitude.

Congratulations to all the winning authors!

And thank you, my amazing readers, for putting Lord of Scoundrels at the top again!
