Silk is for Seduction

Welcome, Gentle Reader!

Gorgeous men, dangerous women, and fabulous clothes—that's what you can expect in my new series about a trio of talented and charmingly devious dressmakers in 1830s London. If you've ever wondered about Olivia Carsington's Dreadful DeLucey relatives, here's your chance become acquainted with some of them.

The first book, Silk is for Seduction, takes you from Longchamp, Paris's 1835 equivalent to today's fashion runways (but with aristocrats in carriages instead of supermodels on the catwalk) to the high-end dressmaking shops of London. You'll find more about the story, along with an excerpt right here on my site.

Don't Tempt Me by Loretta ChaseIf you haven't already, you might want to check out my first original e-short story, "The Jilting of Lord Northwick" in the Avon Impulse anthology, Royal Weddings. Written in celebration of April's royal wedding, it's set a little later than most of my work, on the eve of Queen Victoria's wedding.

Other updates appear on my News page. You can follow me on one of my blogs, Facebook, and/or Twitter by clicking on the links at right. And of course you can always email me directly.
